Terms of Agreement (Terms of Service) – Rungrocery

These Terms of Agreement (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rungrocery mobile application (“App”), operated by Rungrocery (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Scope of Services

Rungrocery provides the following features:

• Grocery list creation, sharing, and cart management
• Family member connectivity and list synchronization
• Medication reminder management (“ItsMedTime”)
• Health-related informational articles (“Health Watch”)

Rungrocery does not provide medical, pharmaceutical, or professional healthcare services.

2. Eligibility

Age Requirement
Rungrocery is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.

Users between the ages of 13 and 18 may use the app only with the involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using Rungrocery, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirements and, if under 18, that you have obtained parental or guardian permission.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Ensure medication details entered are correct and prescribed by a qualified healthcare professional

4. Medication Reminder Disclaimer

The Prescription feature:

• Is a reminder tool only
• Does not verify prescriptions, dosages, or drug interactions
• Does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

You are solely responsible for:

• Confirming medication accuracy
• Following professional medical advice
• Taking medications as prescribed

5. Grocery & Family Sharing

Family sharing features allow voluntary list synchronization.
Rungrocery is not responsible for:

• Incorrect purchases
• Unauthorized list changes by invited members
• Disputes between family members

6. Health Watch Content

Health articles are provided for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and protect your data.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account.
Account deletion permanently removes your data from our systems, subject to legal retention requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law:

• Rungrocery is not liable for missed medication reminders
• Rungrocery is not liable for health outcomes, adverse reactions, or grocery-related losses
• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Massachusetts] and accordingly in their specific coutries, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
